Shah Rukh Khan’s 55th birthday ended with a special tribute by Burj Khalifa, illuminating its facade with a light show in honour of his legacy.
Despite having not released a film since December 2018 after ‘Zero,’ there’s no denying Shah Rukh Khan remains the foremost actor in India with thousands of accolades to his name. The 55-year-old heralded Indian cinema for three generations, starring in blockbusters like ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge,’ ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham,’ ‘Baazigar,’ ‘Kal Ho Na Ho,’ ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan,’ ‘Baadshah’ and ‘Swades,’ to name a few.

Not to mention his filmography in Dubai, having shot films like ‘Happy New Year’ and select scenes from ‘Raees’ and ‘Zero’ in the emirate. It’s worth saying he’s the brand ambassador for Dubai Tourism, having shot a series of commercials for their ‘Be My Guest’ campaign.
In time for SRK’s 55th birthday, Burj Khalifa lit up its facade wishing him a happy birthday following by showcasing his iconic roles and a birthday message. Check it out:
